UK Delivery & Shipping
Please see below my delivery and shipping details and everything you need to know when placing an order!
- All orders are sent via Royal mail 48 tracked service as standard in your shipping fee, please note it is not guaranteed within 48 hours in event of strikes/ delays / busy periods.
- Processing and packaging within 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends)
- Made to order items such as pet beds, fresh hay cookies etc may increase processing time by 3 to 5 working days due to time needed to make them. You will be emailed to let you know when they are ready.
- Shipping fees start at £4.89 base rate for uk customers up to 2kgs in weight.
- Items over 2kg in weight will incur higher delivery costs for medium / large parcel courier services starting at £8.99 and upwards.
If you require special next day delivery or any signed for services these are additional in cost to the standard shipping rate. Please pop me an email requesting this after ordering so I can quote for this service.

Q. I supplied the wrong address what do I do?
If you could always double check your address that’s super helpful in ensuring I mail your piggie parcel to the right place, its saves you delays and also worry of it getting lost. If you have provided the wrong address please directly message me or email gpigwheekly@gmail.com quoting your order reference number and name and I’ll help you as best I can.
Q How long will my order take to arrived?
Uk orders can take 3-5 working days to arrive ( although our piggie post can vary during busy times of year, during postal strikes or can mysteriously become delayed for other reasons … maybe its to cute for the postman to delivery just yet).
