Do you need to get in touch with Katie for a chat or help with an order?

Availability hours : Tues - Fri 10:30am til 4pm * excluding bank holidays.
Market days : Sat - Sun (out on location) . Please note: on weekends I won't be available as it's market day, but will get back to you on the following Tuesday.
Orders take 3 to 4 working days to process and ship. Please note that if an order has a made to order item such as fresh hay cookies or pet beds making, processing is extended by 5 days,
Customers can collect an order via markets at Leek, Northwich or Trentham. Please request a collection code via email to deduct shipping cost from your order. Thanks
If you are unhappy with your order or need some help please contact me via the contact page and I will reply to you within 48 hours.

Any returns must be requested first via email, then posted back by the recipient and once received all refunds are processed within 2-3 working days. All product needs to come back to me in its original condition, any damaged packaging / product or evidence of use sadly I can't refund.
