UK Market returns policy
If you visit one of my markets and are needing some help with a purchase or would like to return an item, I am happy to help you in anyway I can. If purchased on the same day of the market and returned in original unused / undamaged condition on the same day, I am happy to refund a purchase on the market stall.
Anytime after market closure, you can still approach me for help via email (visit my contact form) with regards to your purchase, however this kind of post market returns maybe subject to a replacement / exchange or store credit instead of a refund if proof of purchase is unable to be provided. You can request a receipt at my stall for all digital payments made and this is sent to a mobile or email address of your choice.
Please note there is 7 day returns window policy on market purchases (due to items being possibly perishable if not preserved in the correct conditions I sadly cannot restock them), you can find me at other nearby events in which you can travel to return your items.
Online purchase UK Returns and Exchanges
For all online purchases from my uk customers I want you to have an awesome experience when shopping with me at the Guinea pig Wheekly! If for any reason you aren't and need some help please do contact me via the contact form or emailing gpigwheekly@gmail.com quoting your order number in the subject with a brief description of the matter.
I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours to help resolve any problems to ensure you and your pets are happy.
- Customers are required to pay for return postal fees unless otherwise told.
- Please use a trackable service where possible when returning items for your own peace of mind and to support your return in the event it is delayed or goes missing.
- If an item is damaged or sent in error I will happily help to resolve the matter for you.
- Exchanges where requested will incur a redelivery fee and customers need to return any original items themselves via royal mail.
- All returns need to be requested within 14 days of purchase, once the returned items are received your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 working days.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Perishable items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Used forages/treats/toys with signs of use wear and tear
General Damaged or Lost Items
Sometimes little piggie parcels can become damaged or lost in transit from me to you, its sad but don't worry I'm here to help you! If your item is received damaged or you suspect lost please submit a damages /loss email to me via the contact form.
- All guineapig wheekly uk orders now come with tracking service included in your shipping fee, this is to support cases of loss of delays more efficiently.
- Damages : Please take photographs at the time of receipt for damages proof to support your case which I then have to submit to Royal Mail or the courier used. Damaged items are subject to replacement or refund as required.
- Lost items require us to follow the lost parcel guidelines set by royal mail or the courier used. Please know you may need to wait an allotted amount of time to give the package potential time to arrive before being official filed by the courier as "lost in delivery". Once this is done I will happily resend a replacement to you or refund as required.
