Where is the Guineapig Wheekly Shop based? 
I'm currently based in a tiny town of Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire in the United Kingdom. This is where all the guineapig wheekly goodness is made , designed , pac and shipped to customers all over the globe!
My piggie order hasn't arrived what can I do?
There can be a number of different reason why your piggie parcel is taking a little bit of time to arrive at your door ( we know you're wheekly excited to receive it though hehe). It could be that there are postal delays, customs processing, international deliveries can also take longer than uk ( 5-7 working days to reach its desitination before customs starts). So really it could be any reason, however if you have a problem or want some help email me via our contact page and I'll help as best I can. 
I think my piggie order might be lost it hasn't arrived what can I do?
Oh sugar! Sometimes piggie post as sad as it is goes a stray in the big mail system. If the lost post is due to a postal courier's fault then I can look into this and though there is an alloted number of days we have to wait until its classed as lost according to their guidelines. If this is the case I'll happily arrange a replacement package for you to be sent out.
Can you make me a custom item such as a mug etc with a bespoke design on it?
As of winter 2018 I've invested in some exciting studio equipment that will allow me to create more personalised custom items you've all been asking for! Item's such as mugs, coasters, stickers , room signs and such I can now make from my home studio. However please note there maybe a small additional fee for this service and as I can't resell personal items ( meaningful to yourselves) these items aren't refundable. 
Is the Guineapig Wheekly UK Shop safe to shop on? 

Ofcourse! When shopping on the guineapig wheekly shop I want everyone to feel reassured in that their experience with me is a positive one. We have a certified SSL certificate to ensure that all your details are protected as you browse our shop and this is super important to us!
To skip the lingo this special certificate provides extra protection and encryption of personal details to avoid any potential online threats during your time with us. Once you process to check out all personal details are secure allowing you to shop with confidence. You'll know this by seeing the "padlock" in the top left corner of the URL bar or the "https://" on your web browser.

Do you take Paypal or Card payments?

Yes we do take secure Paypal payments and Card Payments all of which are protected and secure. We have had customers pay via paypal cheque before now, although know that payment via this method does have to clear before shipping of any orders takes place.  If you're having any problems proceeding with payments simply contact us here
Can you ship some guineapig goodness to me internationally? 

Yes we can! We send guineapig wheekly orders both inside and outside of the uk via Royal Mail.  We do our very best to keep the shipping rates as low as possible to ensure they're fair and affordable for all customers.  For more information on our shipping rates click here.  

What does "Pre-order" mean?

Pre-order is a "buy in advance listing" we offer for new and upcoming products to our guineapig wheekly customers. Often they come with special early bird discounts or extra's to thank you for your support. New products on pre-order do have a set launch and Shipment date specified in the description of each listing
 Example  : Mug's pre-order launch 1st of January  and Shipment will be early February.
This means the date you purchase the items you order won't ship until the new product stock shipment has come in. If a pre-order is unable to go ahead, rest assured we will promptly refund you in full for the special items ordered. 


Where are my in-stock order items if one or more items I choose are pre-order?

Everyone is super excited to get their guineapig wheekly goodness once they've ordered it! Even we get excited packaging it all up to send to you, although if you have purchased a in stock item with a pre-order item to avoid further shipping costs we do hold the whole order to ship everything together in one parcel.
. If for whatever reason you require the "in-stock" items in advance to your pre-order item , please contact us at gpigwheekly@gmail.com and we will help resolve this and get your items on their way to you promptly. 

For some reason putting through my order at the Paypal checkout failed and took be back to checkout why?
If you find there is an error which takes you back to the shopping cart check out, be sure your items are still there and proceed to order again. In the event you continue to have an issue, please contact PayPal or email us for assistance. If you're unsure whether you've already been charged for your transaction the best thing to do is check your PayPal account for any amounts deducted by " Guineapig Wheekly UK". Please note though that you will only have been charged if you received a confirmation email from the Guineapig Wheekly UK site and Paypal themselves.
